This report summarizes the work done during the first 12 months of HOLISDER project towards achieving technical, social and business models objectives intending to prove that residential and small tertiary resources can be active platers of energy markets through Demand Response schemes and innovative business models. It particularly focuses on the business/end-user requirements, policy and market context of pilot sites, interoperability standards, living lab activities, and market and exploitation plan fields.
