The report “End-user and Business requirements” is basis document for design and development of the HOLISDER platform in definition of the projects use cases that will be used to elaborate the project architecture and define later the evaluation scenarios and activities of the pilot sites, and to document the requirements stemming from the end users as actors and perspective customers. The document presents a thorough analysis of the end-user requirements in order to provide the necessary inputs for defining the different elements of the platform and in the same time provide a basis for HOLISDER framework. Suitable lists of business requirements are compiled to cover as wide as possible functional and non-functional needs of all types of HOLISDER end users from building occupants, facility managers, trough aggregators, suppliers and maintenance companies.
