The UK pilot site will comprise in the following diverse types of buildings, namely:
- Ernest Dence, a residential estate in Greenwich
- The Marriott Regents Park Hotel located in London
- KiWI Power office building
- The Moore House Office Building an office building located in Central London
Pilot buildings included in the UK pilot are already equipped in their majority with occupancy, temperature, humidity, VOC sensors and smart meters/ sub-meters and actuators that will be further utilized in the HOLISDER project, through their inclusion in the H2020-MOEEBIUS project. Also, BIM models have been already prepared in MOEEBIUS and will be made available for the HOLISDER project. Costs for the procurement and installation of additional sensors that will ensure the smooth operation of the HOLISDER framework (JACE product, hardware gateway to accommodate EF-i platform, sub-meters for electricity, temperature, humidity, luminance sensors and actuators) will be included in the project budget. All equipment purchased and installed during the project will remain at the pilot buildings even after the end of the project activities.
