The Serbian pilot site will comprise in the following diverse types of buildings namely:
- Stepa Stepanovic Neighbourhood – an entire district which comprises 44 diverse – functionally and operationally – buildings
- “Danilo Kiš” – elementary school, which is the part of Stepa Steapnović neighborhood
Pilot buildings included in the Serbian pilot are already equipped in their majority with occupancy, temperature, humidity, VOC sensors and smart meters/ sub-meters and actuators that will be further utilized in the HOLISDER project, through their inclusion in the H2020-MOEEBIUS project. Also, BIM models have been already prepared in MOEEBIUS and will be made availab
le for the HOLISDER project. Costs for the procurement and installation of technological components that will ensure the smooth operation of the HOLISDER framework (JACE product, hardware gateway to accommodate EF-i platform) will be included in the project budget. All equipment purchased and installed during the project will remain at the pilot buildings even after the end of the project activities.
