The Finnish pilot site will comprise in the following diverse types of buildings, namely:
- Väinö Auerin Katu 13 residential building
- Kauppakeskus Willa – a shopping center located in Helsinki
- The Itälahdenkatu 22 A Office Building located in Helsinki
Pilot buildings included in the Finnish pilot are already equipped in their majority with occupancy, temperature, humidity, VOC sensors and smart meters/ sub-meters and actuators that will be further utilized in the HOLISDER project. Costs for the procurement and installation of additional sensors that will ensure the smooth operation of the HOLISDER framework (JACE product, hardware gateway to accommodate EF-i platform, sub-meters for electricity, temperature, humidity, luminance sensors and actuators) will be included in the project budget. All equipment purchased and installed during the project will remain at the pilot buildings even after the end of the project activities.
