HYPERTECH aims at providing flexible solutions for small and medium-sized electricity consumers and integrated solutions for electric utilities and service providers (Aggregators) in the field of demand management. The business strategy of HYPERTECH includes research and development of advanced technologies, to create a full suite of solutions and products appealing to everyone involved in the electricity market. HYPERTECH will leverage its expertise and tools by leading several project activities, including system architecture design; the definition of explicit demand response strategies and models, the configuration of the HOLISDER Flexibility profiling framework, leading WP5 for the implementation of the HOLISDER Demand Response Optimization Framework and End-user Toolkit, along with the integration activities of the project.

KONČAR-Power Plant and Electric Traction Engineering Inc. is the main contracting and engineering company within the KONČAR-Electrical Industry Inc. Its main business activity is design and construction of complex electric plants and installations for power generation, transmission and distribution, for transportation and industries, on turn-key basis. KONČAR actively participates in standardisation efforts relevant to energy and Smart Grid issues focusing on application integration, information modelling and remote control. KONČAR will define functional requirements and use case scenarios regarding communication, adapting existing communication protocol stacks for the middleware components and participate in standardization committees dealing with active demand response technologies. Belit d.o.o. Belgrade was founded in Belgrade, Serbia, in 2000, by IT experts who created the first Serbian electronic dealing system (BELT in 1992), and pioneering systems supporting financial businesses in (then) Yugoslavia. BELIT has been responsible for the design, development, testing and deployment of several important, nation-level IT infrastructure in Serbia and Montenegro. BELIT will be involved in definition of the HOLISDER end-user requirements towards the development of the system architecture and the development of the user interfaces of the HOLISDER framework. Web interfaces for both Energy Suppliers/ESCOs/aggregators and building occupants will be developed up to the standard of aforementioned nation-wide IT projects in order to ensure the maturity of the software and its readiness for commercial exploitation soon after the project has finished.

ASM is private, non-profit SME, founded in 1996 with expertise in and market analysis and socio-economic research, technology transfer, R&D promotion into the market. ASM is a leader on the market research for construction sector in Poland (42.5% market share) and is a SME leader of participation in EU R&D projects.
ASM main activities in HOLISDER project are development of dissemination and exploitation strategies, its coordination and implementation. It is fully in line with daily activates of company. Firstly the research, where ASM develops background knowledge, methodologies on how to build market strategies. KIWI Power was founded in 2009 in London, UK. KIWI Power’s core business is to offer Demand Response services to National Grid, the transmission system operator and distribution network operators in the United Kingdom. KIWI Power signs up end users, conducts site energy audits, installs real time metering and manages all dispatch of end user sites to provide reserve to the system operator. It works with customers to define demand reduction strategies and ensure successful performance during Demand Response dispatch events. KIWI Power has been a pioneer in commercialising demand response in the UK. KIWI Power will use its experience as a Demand Response Aggregator for the UK market and its proprietary infrastructure presented below to enable the project consortium to demonstrate Demand Response and Flexibility services in various Pilot sites. Its services and solutions are used in commercial, industrial, public and residential buildings and processes ensuring business continuity, safe, healthy and comfortable conditions, optimised performance and cost control. By the help of automation systems, CAVERION manages diverse types of facilities around the EU, focusing on HVAC control, energy consumption control and optimization, access control and fire alarm systems via a single integrated interface. CAVERION is a commercial facility manager and is best suited to evaluate the usefulness and applicability of the HOLISDER Predictive Maintenance Advisor that will be implemented during the project. “Beogradske elektrane” is a Public Utility Company, which supplies heating and domestic hot water to Belgrade (Serbia). The company was established in 1965 in order to centralise the Belgrade district heating system. BEOELEK possesses 61 heat sources with 2.890 MW heating capacity. It provides heating to 330,000 apartments and more than 8,900 substations for office/commercial buildings for the total floor area exceeding 21,000,000 square meters. The main contribution of BEOELEK to the HOLISDER project will be the provision on the facilities it serves for use as a pilot site for the framework to be developed. BEOELEK also possess significant know-how on software-based energy consumption forecasting.
