ESCOS, Facility Managers and Consumer App
This app allows ESCOs and Facility managers to check the consumers’ consumption & production which is forecasted, stored and monitored as well as the performance of the installed equipment. According to these assets, the app shows recommendations to maintain the equipment in optimal conditions, reduce energy losses and save costs. On the other hand, for the consumers, this application offers an user interface for the end-user. It increases awareness and understanding, regarding consumption patterns and flexibility potential. It also enables non-intrusive communication of DR signals, personalized guidance & advice provision on the explicit DR scenarios. For the implicit DR scenarios it shows them the price signals and expected savings based on their baseline (if consumers change their behaviour based on the price).
Aggregators Retailer App
The visualization app for aggregators/retailers allows them to manage in an optimal way their clients’ portfolio participating in a DR scheme and to monitor their assets at real-time. With this app, aggregators and retailers are also able to check detailed information about the automatically generated clusters of the portfolio, their forecasted demand for the next 24 hours, and the flexibility these assets provides if needed; this information allows aggregators and retailers to manage every Demand Response event and to remunerate their clients at their finalization, accordingly to their participation in the DR campaign.
